I was having a horrible time trying to get my PC up and running. I called Geek Squad for help and was blown away by their prices! Not only were they expensive but I would've have to wait 3 days to have someone come to my house. I called The IT Experience and they were able come to my house same day! The technician was extremely helpful and very pleasant. I had a number of questions about how my computer got a virus and how I could avoid getting one in the future. Not only did the technician answer every question but also gave me a quick tip guide on keeping my computer safe! I would highly recommend this service to anyone who needs a helping hand with their computers.
