Aaron explained everything he was going to do beforehand. He ran his tests and then gave me options of keeping the old pump or replacing with a new one. Had a new one installed. Told how long it should last and did the whole job in about thirty minutes.

Our sump pump was on the fritz after some heavy rains and so we reached out to Reliable Basement Waterproofing to get a quote on a service call. Emily promptly responded with a quote, and times/dates available, but I sent her a picture of the sump basin and she shared it with Khris, the business owner. He determined that it was likely a sump pump failure. We decided to have him do an emergency evening appointment on the same day. Emily provided me with the updated quote, and Khris was at our home within an hour. He explained the process throughly and gave us a lot of good tips for dealing with these issues in the future. We will definitely hire Khris and his team at Reliable Basement Waterproofing again! Highly recommend.

Khris and his team were very professional. He gave a very competitive and the work was exceptional. The pipe hid behind the wall is very nice touch and very much appreciated since I have a finished basement. After the wall had been put up and the carpet down. You would never had known that there was a sump-pump in the basement. Very impressed with the service.
