fabulous !!!we had a party of 47 for our fathers 80'th @ our summer home in rye .We had been @ a country club in southern Maine and they had used Randy and his staff .and the food was excellent and his staff was very professional so we decided on using Dining by Design so Randy and I met in rye and went over seating and Hors d' oeuvres starter courses and a seafood theme (lobster ,steamers etc) and the kids had cute little meals .. we were very impressed .the food was excellent and the food was served timely and hot .(is a little pet peeve of mine).They set up everything and made things very easy for me (dealing with other birthday things)I will definitely be using them again .Randy runs a clean and tidy ship and will recommend him to anyone ../Jennifer M

Incredible forethought into planning and executing the hospitality for your catered event and meals-to-go. It's a full-service company that takes your style and taste into consideration. Dining by Design makes every effort to adapt to change in order to ensure a hospitable environment. And Randy Brisson is an excellent chef, combining flavors you may not have thought would fit your menu.

We have had Dining by Design cater our summer band bash for three years now and is scheduled for this summer as well. He is FABULOUS and will meet your needs through your requirements. He makes suggestions, gets you started on the road to what you think your needs are and he works with you to get you there... Fabulous food, great choices, extremely reasonable...

Dining by Design took on a workload of serving a group of us for 13 days, three times per day. Randy and his staff went above and beyond all expectations. Everyone was pleased by the quality of the food, the taste and the pleasant personalities. We will certainly use them for our next event and we highly encourage you to give them a try as well!
