In addition to the agent's dedication, make sure that they are successful (especially in this market) and actually buying and selling property. Personality and attitude play a big part in your new relationship with this agent - make sure that it's a good fit. And lastly and most importantly, can you trust this person? Will he or she put your needs first and provide the information that you need to make good decisions based on data?
