- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My fees are comparable to other full-service realtors.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Buyers: I like to meet with them initially to understand exactly what they are looking for, in what towns they wish to live, where they work so I understand their commute and help them to get pre approved if they have not already. I will always make suggestions of other areas where they can afford to purchase and explain the buying process and what they can expect every step of the way. Sellers: If they have lived in their home a very long time I like to do a quick walkthrough to see the home so I can compare it to what has recently sold and then return with a detailed marketing proposal and comparables of other homes that have sold in the area. I have a prepared booklet outlining every step in the selling process. I will suggest staging or small repairs that will help them increase the value of their home to today's buyers, help them stage their home and be sure they understand what they can expect in the process. Inspections, repair requests, mortgage appraisals, everything.
