Jim was quick to respond to our needs, and had flexible availability when we needed him. He was prompt, and very professional, and I liked him when we first met. He is a people person! His workmanship exceeded my expectations. He cleaned my Mom's carpets in an adult community which have not been cleaned in 18 years. The carpets look nearly new! I have no complaints! He was neat, clean, worked hard, and I couldn't be happier. I recommend Jim to anyone who wants a trusted person to help clean their carpets! 10 stars if I could!!!

Jim and Jim did an amazing job on our rugs, our couch and chair. I would recommend them highly to anyone looking to get their rug or furniture stream cleaned. We rescued two puppies that were not potty trained at all and have had a really hard time with training, due to there prior situation. They were able to get not only the stains out of the rugs, but the smell as well.
