Introduction: I provide services that far exceed what competitors are able to do. I bring with me years of professional culinary training as well as restaurant management. Unlike many others however, I also have the history of teaching in a major and well known culinary school. I have extensive experience in teaching students of all levels how to cook. I concentrate on the fundamentals, and the skills needed to become a successful in home cook. I have honestly never had a bad meal cooked by Sal Borda. Sal catered my bridal shower and it was amazing. He made delicious sandwiches, salads, sides and sauces. His attention to detail and presentation skills made the food not only taste delicious but look awesome as well. He worked hard throughout the shower, setting up and making sure everything was perfect. Truly a great meal. Thanks!
