Q. Describe the most common types of jobs you do for your clients.

A. Unfortunately, the most common issue we address is the removal and prevention of malware (virus, spyware, spam, etc). We would rather be helping customers with new equipment, learning how to use what the have, and make what they have work better.

Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?

A. Always choose a service that has been around for a while and avoid working with friends or family. They get busy, you get frustrated - it just isn't worth it in the end.

Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?

A. We provide full service computer support including software installation, training, virus removal, routers, wireless, etc. We also support desktops, laptops, and MAC systems.

Q. What do you like most about your job?

A. Nothing makes our day like a customer who is happy we were able to save their pictures or other important files.
