FAQs
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
After working at Revlon and L'Oreal for nearly 10 years, I learned so much about the beauty industry. I asked to be part of the educational teams and learned my techniques from professional, famous artists. It was an incredible experience!
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I vary in range from models, weddings, bachelorette, baby showers, parties, etc. All events are very different looks, which keeps my job fun!
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Hire someone you trust and have the same vision when it comes to your look. Search the artists portfolio and make sure their technique is something you're interested in. If you aren't used to using a lot of makeup, chances are you are not going to be happy with a heavy smokey eye, a heavy contour, and a matte foundation. The look might seem like a great idea, but it can be quite a shock when it's all on your face. Makeup application can be a scary process if you and the artist have artistic differences.
