The Terminators people are very respectful and professional. They realize they are servicing our home and treat the facility with respect. The service rep is friendly and keeps me updated on the tasks they will be performing before they starts.
When the Terminators guy came out recently, it was part of our routine service with them. I always call them up and they schedule me for a time automatically every month, but I generally call up and change the time to one that works better for me. I also like for the same person, Raymond, to come out all the time. He's been coming for a while and I've had an excellent experience with him. He is very knowledgeable and polite, and I like him.
