FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
No two problems are ever alike. Some may require additional time, expertise, ect. Also a flat hourly rate will differ depending on what is being done. Mowing the lawn and driving to the grocery store can both be done by the same person but if you were to charge an hourly rate they would likely be two different prices. Contact us to get an accurate price on what you need. You will pay for only what you need and nothing else.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
If you are not comforatable with your service provider or any of the answers or solution they give you then your first inclination is probably right. If you dont understand the solution what good is it to you? Also make sure you understand exaxlty what you are paying for. Not not accept or pay for services that are not necessary.
