Question and answer
Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?
A. If you are not comforatable with your service provider or any of the answers or solution they give you then your first inclination is probably right. If you dont understand the solution what good is it to you?
Also make sure you understand exaxlty what you are paying for. Not not accept or pay for services that are not necessary.
Q. If you have a complicated pricing system for your service, please give all the details here.
A. No two problems are ever alike. Some may require additional time, expertise, ect. Also a flat hourly rate will differ depending on what is being done. Mowing the lawn and driving to the grocery store can both be done by the same person but if you were to charge an hourly rate they would likely be two different prices.
Contact us to get an accurate price on what you need. You will pay for only what you need and nothing else.
Q. If you were advising someone who wanted to get into your profession, what would you suggest?
A. Like most professions it can be a challenge. Be sure that you can keep up with the constantly changing pace of technology.
Effective communication and personal skills are a must. The way you interact and deal with clients is just as important as your technical knowhow. You will also need thick skin, you will encounter people who at times will be very unhappy. You will have to be able to think of ways to keep the client happy without taking certain comments or remarks personal.
