- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing depends upon the level of math and the length of the membership. Please call us to discuss.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first step is assessing the child's skill level. This leads to a learning plan and a book specifically designed for that student. The student then visits our location a minimum of twice a week (the monthly fee covers unlimited visits) for an hour each time. NOTE: We can also perform the same process with Mathnasium@home via the internet. Live session every time.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Mathnasium has a training program. All of my teachers must go through this program and become certified. Every month, corporate has a mandatory training conference call.
