It's only been one week and already I can see a change which is very impressive. We hired Ilene and her Team to assist us with walking our 4 year old Male mix breed rescue. My schedule is atypical and varies from week to week so we needed someone who could walk our dog those days during the week when I worked 12 hour shifts. Ilene came to our home and met with us and our dog. She was very helpful and listened to our concerns and we are so happy we took her suggestions. Kelly has walked our dog and he must really love her. Kelly leaves us notes about the visit and walk. There are other companies in our area but I am very happy we chose Creature Comforts. No hidden fees or gimmicks, Ilene is very honest and up front about everything.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our standard visit is $16 for 1 pet. Each additional pet is $2. In households with many pets we will discuss price break. A longer walk (1/2 hr) is $20.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will meet with you are your pet(s) to see if we are a good fit for one another.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a B S in animal science.
