I was pleasantly surprised to have received a call back from Dennis from GTP. The fast response that I received due to 1 persons unprofessional behavior, Dennis immediately called to apologize and that’s what you call a very professional company. One person doesn’t represent the companies integrity. Dennis also made an accommodation that I could not refuse. Again, thank you for reaching out and making this 1 bad apple not ruin the rest of what your company stands for.

Pipe connecting the gas stove to the gas line had to be replaced since there was a leak.I called Good tiding on a Friday evening and explained the exact problem and asked them for a quote. However they said they could quote only after taking a look at it in person. They sent Steve within 3.30 hrs of calling. The job literally took 15 mins, which was just unscrewing the old pipe and replacing it with a new one. The pipe itself costs $20, they charged me $341 for the fix. Since it was late on a Friday and I wanted the stove running ASAP I paid the ridiculous price. They are a rip off, please do not go by all the positive reviews. Service might be good but the price is beyond ridiculous.

Good Tidings answered my call immediately and promptly sent a tech out to diagnosis my heating problem. He gave me several options and was able to fix the issue in a short period of time. Because he was cross trained he also fixed a plumbing issue on the same call. I would recommend Good Tidings to anyone.
