Very easy to work with on my tax return. Extremely responsive and timely. The most important thing to me was her professionalism. I had a different perspective with an aspect of the return and provided my thoughts to her. She considered them, agreed, and applied them. It's refreshing to work with people who can focus on the task at hand and leave their ego out of the equation. I imagine if she didn't agree, she would have kindly educated me, and that's still a win because now her client has learned something. Humility is a major pillar of professionalism and she has it in spades. Will seek to work with her again next year.
