I needed toilet flush valves and flappers replaced. He contacted me promptly and gave a competitive quote. He even picked up the parts at a reasonable price. Dr. Drip was amazing. I told him I had a problem and he came the same day to fix my toilet. The part I bought was wrong so he went to home depot to fix it. I also told him I had a problem with my dryer and he fixed that too, offering not to even charge me. What a great professional. I highly recommend him.

i give 6 months to 1 year warranty on every call with my price
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First I listen to the customer plumbing issues, than I diagnose the problem. Finally i give them different solutions to their problem and an estimated price. Also let them know, my job has 6 months warranty on each job.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
i have my plumbing apprentice diploma, also I'm on my third year in a plumbing school. and i have 4 years of experience.
