We have been trying to get a repairman in our house through our regular extended warranty and maintenance program for several weeks without success. Frustrated by not having our regular fridge for 4 weeks, we turned to find an alternative repair service and came across Appliance Bros. This was our very first time using Thumbtack and naturally we were a bit hesitant. We were very pleasantly surprised by the level of responsiveness, punctuality, and professionalism that came with the service. When we reached out to Appliance Bros., we were contacted within minutes of the message (this was on Friday evening). We explained we needed a condenser and compressor replaced in our large Kenmore Elite Pro fridge. They requested photos of the appliance and replacement parts to assign the most suitable technician. We were offered a service for the very next day (which was a Saturday). They kept us updated on the timing and showed up exactly when they said they would. The team started work immediately and afterwards explained everything that was done. We were thrilled our fridge was finally repaired and functioning. Highly recommend Appliance Bros. - reliable, knowledgeable, punctual, good communication with the customer and very professional.

We needed service because our ice maker in our refrigerator stopped working. Brian/Bryan called to ask if he could come earlier than scheduled. He arrived and quickly determined the problem. He gave us the choice to repair or replace and we decided on the latter. In talking, I mentioned we had received a part for a broken shower. I was told the part would be easy to install, but that was not the case. He volunteered to see if he could help, and of course he was successful. This company was wonderful! They fixed our dishwasher quickly, and were incredibly responsive and courteous. They worked extra hard to schedule an appointment for us so we would be able to get our dishwasher working as soon as possible. We will definitely be using them every time we need appliance work!

we make sure we can help you before we come out we determine distance, model of unit, and issue you are having to try our best to fix it the first time we come out but unfortunately that's not always possible.

electrical systems, several years in training for miele & LG and more than 10 years on the job experience which is priceless experience in this line of work.
