Very good experience. They provided estimate within 1 hour and immediately completed repair to a crack in the masonry work on the steps in the front of my house. I would recommend them and I will use them again if I need masonary work.

They did a great job repairing crumbled walkway and step. Done quickly and at a reasonable price. Have a few other projects that I will call them back for.

Patio cracks and step to be repaired. Turned out needed new steps (using original base - built around ) width 2" shorter, so much for new. This was really a 3 day job, turned out to be two. The second day rain in the forecast. Job finished at 4 PM, 5 PM - Torrential Downpour. (Cement did not have enough curing time which is at least 6 hours). Top layers of patio cracks washed away and cracked, so no matter how much I watered the concrete after, as instructed, damage was already done by Mother Nature. Contractor came back repaired the hole in slab (created by rain) by fence , also the crack under my entrance yard gate (eventually under gate cracked away). Cracks in patio were ignored , and told replace not repair. So much for warranty told of for a year. Paid thousands for the job and taken a little more of my money for a second railing $650, did not get, because no longer made and their railing guy promised me he would reinstall my railing should I not purchase a second. Well, his answer per contractor was not coming back because I did not purchase another. So much for our conversation. So the contractors themselves reinstalled but cut the bottom of a strong railing cause did not drill far enough into the concrete. Hopefully it never gives me a problem. For the difference in price, he re- tarred the edges of a pantry roof approx. 4' x 6' ( not the seams I was really concerned about because that was where a leak was before I replaced the roof , hopefully water never comes in but will find someone to tar the seams) with the railing re-installation price should have been less, but I appreciated them doing this for me. Three months later, the foundation to the bottom steps cracked opened, text with pictures, called no response. Hurricane Ida came , water came under the steps into my foundation causing water to come into my back door bottom step through a pinhole created by the force of wind and pressure of water. If the contractor had responded and fixed the problem, none of this would have happened. Mind you all, my basement steps, walls and foundation had always been bone dry in excellent shape. I called, texted, no answer. Winter came, more damage happened. Called and texted again, finally May 2023, no problem will fix. Finally May 8, 2023 will come, no show. How convenient on last day of Warranty 5/12/23, sick. Gave the benefit of doubt. Will come. June coming, no show. It's July 31,2023 I give up. If they have returned, another issue not mentioned was the foundation around my Bilco cellar door cracked and on the side of the steps the foundation cracked. Nice guys, quality of workmanship, very disappointed. All work done was beautiful while it lasted , not even a year, what 4 months. A good contractor always checks the weather and postpone a job if need be to another day, so Mother Nature does not interfere. Contractors can show you pictures, but honor your warranty with an extension for repair of work, should there be a delay on their end to return. Well I gave this contractor a chance and don't expect him to return. Hurricane season is coming, since no show, I'll have to call someone else to fix his mistakes. My advice to all, call PROFESSIONALS with years of Experience, Pictures of AR Construction work , means nothing. It's what happens to the project after. New photos of project 15 months after to show water damage (deja vu). As of 9/12/23 will cost me $3200 to fix the poor workmanship to have all the previous work done correctly.
