I have switched to a flat fee structure. I find that the clients like it because it is fixed and they know what the fees will be.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
First, do your homework. Read the attorneys biographies carefully. Second, does the biographies or firm description match with your needs? Third, make sure you have the lawyer you want handling your case, not a 25 year old attorney just out of law school.
