What is a Reiki Treatment? Our Reiki treatments follow the Traditional Japanese Usui Shiki Ryoho System. The Usui Shiki Ryoho System is a holistic, non intrusive technique of energy balancing that is beneficial in maintaining and/or re-balancing the health of the body, mind and spirit. Reiki treatments facilitate physical, emotional, mental and spiritual well being. Using specific techniques, the Reiki Master of the Usui Shiki Ryoho Lineage utilizes life-force energy to revitalize and jump start the cellular memory of the body, mind and spirit back into balance. Reiki, (pronounced Ray-Key) is a Japanese word describing the ever present positive life force energy of the universe; also known as universal Chi or Qi. What is Yoga? Yoga is the physical practice of stretches and postures to promote health and well-being. We promote the practice of Yoga for both physical fitness and personal growth. Whether you are just discovering Yoga, or have been practicing it for years, Clifton Yoga Center has classes for all levels of Yoga practitioners. We are here to assist you and are dedicated to helping you make the connection between your physical practice and your inner wisdom and spirit.

About our Reiki Master: Amanda has been a Reiki Master since 2006 and has had the honor to carry on the Usui Shiki Ryoho Lineage. She has seen miraculous results from Reiki treatments. Amanda has had the honor of using Reiki to treat children, adults and animals all over the world. Finding a great Reiki Master and Yoga teacher can make a world of a difference in your healing experience. The best advice to follow while searching for a Reiki practitioner is to ask to see a certificate or diploma.
