I have had the wonderful opportunity to work with Craig as the property manager in my community, Union Hill Complex. Craig continually showed professionalism and expertise each time that I reached out to him for assistance and/or questions. As a perfectionist myself, I frequently took notice of how detail oriented and passionate he was about the property that I call home. Each area of concern is always addressed in a timely and efficient manner, which is greatly appreciated. Even though the board of my community has made the decision to move in a different property management direction, as a community, we still continually reach out to Craigs wealth of knowledge and expertise that is needed on a day to day basis. I feel thankful to still have such a valuable resource available.

I have been on the Board for past sixteen (16) years, and we have had many Management Companies come and go. But since we had the Holland Property Management dealing with our day-to-day issues we have had no problems whatsoever. Craig Holland is very Professional and knowledgeable, his response time is good and gets to action quicker. He is very organized at the meetings and handles a chaotic situation very diplomatically, which is kind of important at times.

Craig has been instrumental in helping make our community a better place to live. He has been a great aid in providing guidance to the board when facing the most difficult and non imaginable challenges. He is readily availabe and makes rapid disciplined recommendations when needed.

What surprised me most about Holland Property Management is that Craig answers his own phone 99% of the time. Craig has a great sense of humor and the common sense it takes to tackle the day to day challenges of our community whether it is a maintenance issue or a people issue. He has the resources, the knowledge, and the diplomacy we needed and I would certainly recommend Holland Property Management services to others.
