- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing can be complex because of the kind of work we do. We do work with all homeowners insurance to make sure your home is restored properly and the insurance company indemnifies you. If it is a self pay job, we do our absolute best to give an accurate scope and price before we commence any work.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our typical process for working with a new customer really depends on a variety of reasons. We typically respond to water damage emergencies or to calls of mold problems in homes or businesses. It all starts with a phone call or message and then we respond right away or setup a time to come and inspect.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
MaxClean Restoration is an IICRC Certified Firm (Institute of Inspection, Cleaning and Restoration Certificate). We hold certificates in Water Restoration, Structural Drying, Microbial Remediation and even Trauma and Crime Scene Cleanup. MaxClean Restoration is also an EPA Certified Firm, holding the RRP certification (Renovation, Repair and Painting Program. MaxClean Restorations technicians are also OSHA HAZWOPER 40 certified. The HAZWOPER 40 training prepares workers for cleanup and emergency responses involving hazardous substances.
