Sorry this pro can’t do your job, but we know other pros who can.
Introduction: We use our famous Triple Process method on each job. This includes commercial vacuuming, a deep cleaning scrub technique followed by a thorough steam cleaning rinse. By using these combined techniques we have addressed the age old problem of leaving sticky residue on customers carpets. A common complaint in this industry comes from this residue not being rinsed out. This causes carpets to re-soil quickly. American Carpet Care also uses cleaning products that leave no residue. Instead our product forms a layer of protection that encapsulates dirt particles that can be removed easily through your regular vacuuming. We get the privilege to meet and interact with new clients, in new environments, day in and day out. That aspect makes this job exciting. It is also nice to have developed long term relationships with clients and be considered part of the family. There is always a good feeling that comes with helping customers make their house clean and fresh again. There is a sense of accomplishment when we can restore that cozy carpet feel in a home. Its priceless knowing that you can lay or walk barefoot on the carpets and let your baby loose without worries. We take pride in our service and have been family owned and operated for over 30 years.

American Carpet Care did an amazing job at our home. We have a 120 pound black lab who sheds, and drags in so much dirt. They came in and brought the carpets back to life! I would recommend this company for anyone looking for great work at an amazing price. They are so polite and work hard to meet your needs!

FAQs

  • How did you get started doing this type of work?

My dad started the company in 1980 as a way to provide for our family of 7. He took a lot of pride in what he did and in making every customer happy. I have been working alongside my dad as long as I can remember and it has been a privilege to keep his level of quality and service at the mark he set. To keep the family business in the family, and to provide for him as he did for me is a great honor. There is no better feeling then to know you honestly helped a family or customer by providing good, quality service and a clean home or office. People feel better after we leave and that to me, is a satisfying job.

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

I would have them ask the service provider as many questions as possible. Especially about their cleaning process, products, and equipment used. Some companies do not offer the right amount of heat to really advertise or say they use "steam cleaning." Hot water at 220 degrees is the most important aspect when it comes to killing germs and sanitizing your home.
