Triple Process System:

Triple process cleaning is a three-step procedure that gets carpets 3X as clean as our competitors can. This truly seperates American Carpet Care above the rest.

First we vacuum your carpet with our commercial grade HEPA filtration vacuum. This can capture up to 99.97% of allergens and pollen that may exist in your carpets!

Then we use a heavy-duty auto scrubber with shampoo. The brushes of the heavy-duty scrubber are designed to penetrate into the deepest level of the carpet, loosen soil and contaminants, and bring them to the surface of the carpet. We also use shampoo to clean all the way down into the carpet and reach even the toughest of spots. This is done so they can be more effectively removed by step 3, which is our high-pressure, high-heat steam cleaning rinse and vacuum.

Our high-pressure (600 psi), high-heat (220 degree), steam cleaning rinses away soil and contaminants, as well as soap from our scrubbing. Plus our truck mounted vacuum system is so powerful, we can have your carpets dry in less then 1 hour!

The heat from our machine not only sanitizes your carpet, but also kills bed bugs and dust mites. Say "good-bye" to pollen and other allergens! American Carpet Care completely rinses and vacuums the carpet with several cleaning strokes. This high-pressure, high-heat, power vacuuming rinse also helps eliminate re-soiling problems due to soap residue. (Even soap residue from previous cleanings from other companies!) If carpets are not rinsed properly, the soap residue will cause the carpet to re-soil much faster. Simply put; Our methods are designed to keep your carpets cleaner for longer periods of time. All of our products are safe for your children and pets as well as environmentally friendly.

American Carpet Care did an amazing job at our home. We have a 120 pound black lab who sheds, and drags in so much dirt. They came in and brought the carpets back to life! I would recommend this company for anyone looking for great work at an amazing price. They are so polite and work hard to meet your needs!

Question and answer

Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?

A. I would have them ask the service provider as many questions as possible. Especially about their cleaning process, products, and equipment used. Some companies do not offer the right amount of heat to really advertise or say they use "steam cleaning." Hot water at 220 degrees is the most important aspect when it comes to killing germs and sanitizing your home.

Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?

A. We use our famous Triple Process method on each job. This includes commercial vacuuming, a deep cleaning scrub technique followed by a thorough steam cleaning rinse.
By using these combined techniques we have addressed the age old problem of leaving sticky residue on customers carpets. A common complaint in this industry comes from this residue not being rinsed out. This causes carpets to re-soil quickly. American Carpet Care also uses cleaning products that leave no residue. Instead our product forms a layer of protection that encapsulates dirt particles that can be removed easily through your regular vacuuming.

Q. What do you like most about your job?

A. We get the privilege to meet and interact with new clients, in new environments, day in and day out. That aspect makes this job exciting. It is also nice to have developed long term relationships with clients and be considered part of the family. There is always a good feeling that comes with helping customers make their house clean and fresh again. There is a sense of accomplishment when we can restore that cozy carpet feel in a home. Its priceless knowing that you can lay or walk barefoot on the carpets and let your baby loose without worries. We take pride in our service and have been family owned and operated for over 30 years.

Q. What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?

A. How fast will the carpets dry? Our answer is, "1-2 hours."
Do you move furniture? The answer is "yes" if the item is capable of moving and it is safe to do so.
How long until we can walk on the carpet? Our response is "immediately" due to our complimentary shoe guards that can easily slip over your footwear.
How often should I get my carpets cleaned? About 4-5 times a year, depending on kids, pets, and high volumes of traffic in and out.
Do you remove paint and gum? Yes we remove both paint and gum.

Q. How did you decide to get in your line of work?

A. My dad started the company in 1980 as a way to provide for our family of 7. He took a lot of pride in what he did and in making every customer happy. I have been working alongside my dad as long as I can remember and it has been a privilege to keep his level of quality and service at the mark he set. To keep the family business in the family, and to provide for him as he did for me is a great honor. There is no better feeling then to know you honestly helped a family or customer by providing good, quality service and a clean home or office. People feel better after we leave and that to me, is a satisfying job.
