Prior to hiring CMS I would get calls no matter the time of day or night and day of the week with issues that needed immediate attention. I didn’t have the time to manage getting these matters resolved without losing sleep or taking time away from working or spending time with my family. The first call they handled for my tenants was on a holiday. I was so relieved that it was being taken care of without my direct involvement. The experience has been better all around for myself and my tenants. I have already recommended CMS to many people and I will be using them from day ONE for the next investment property I’m purchasing since they can also help me find tenants.

CMS has been a tremendous help with my portfolio. They have been handling all the service calls and it’s been amazing not having to deal with all the issue that come up. I enjoy getting my statement and seeing what happened or logging into our portal for updates. The cost of the repairs is less than what I was paying for many things, and I don’t have to chase and coordinate with tenants.
