I have worked as an office equipments service technician for 16 years during this period, I worked for 2 major copiers / printers sales and service companies. Because of the pandemic I was laid off. In Februar 2020 the Idea of being self employed came to mind and here we are. With my levels of experience in this industry, I can assure all of my prospective customers that I will bring 100% of efficiencies to your homes and offices . I know how scary it can be having a total stranger in your home. I am trustworthy and a proud family man/ father of 2 teenagers. I will always inspect , advise and offer suggestions before commencing services on your equipments. I don’t charge for traveling to customers. And I do give discount on multiple equipments. I do my best to follow all Covid-19 protocols.

Mr. Sar was very professional and went above and beyond to get our printer fixed. The printer had a problem that was more complicated than expected but Mr. Sar continued to come and work on the matter until he was able to resolve it. Even going so far as to taking the printer home with him. We highly recommend him and will be using him again in the future

Honestly, Benjamin blew me away with his knowledge of printers. He practically took apart the printer and repaired it by removing scrap paper stuck in all parts of it. He cleaned everything and put it back together and it’s like brand new. Great to meet you man and thank you for the service!

Mr. Sar was very knowledgeable and he seemed to have worked with these machines a lot. My HO laser printer had been jamming and groaning. He had to replace some worn rollers, which he had with him. He also gave me tips about how to clean the automatic sheet feeder. Everything worked perfectly when he was finished.

Benjamin responded right away, came the next day, and kept in touch on his schedule. He new my old printer from extensive past experience. Benjamin accomplished the job very quickly and cleaned the rollers for good measure.
