Chef Indy catered my birthday dinner for about 50 guests. Beforehand, she worked with me on creating the menu including appetizers, salad and entree. She was even accommodating to those with food allergies. She made sure I was satisfied with everything ahead of time which put my mind at ease.
On the day of, Chef Indy did a great job serving my guests and making sure everything was in order. Everyone loved the food. And she even was able to adjust when Murphy's Law went into play at the venue. I'd definitely hire her again.

I am hiring this service again in the future! She was very responsive from the start and had a variety of plates to choose from. Very punctual and brings all equipment needed for buffet. All the guest loved her food and were complimenting how delicious everything was! Her assistance were also great and helpful throughout the event. She leaves the kitchen and any area she uses clean! Definitely recommend her to anyone considering her service.

I had the honor of working with Chef Indy I was very new to this experience and hoped for the best when I decided to go with a chef and I’m extremely happy I did. She made me feel very confident that we will love all the plates and walked me through their flavors and the options. When I provided feedback she didn’t disappoint and made sure it was everything we wanted and more. Her professionalism and her teams was excellent. My guests are still talking about the quality of the food and how delicious each plate was. I want to thank Chef Indy once again for the experience she provided my fiancé and I and our guests.

I worked with Chef Indy to create a birthday buffet brunch menu. She was amazing from beginning to end. Very responsive and patient with me to create menu and make changes as needed. I believe for the amount of food prepared, this was reasonably priced. All the food was delicious! Myself and guests were pleased.
I would highly recommend her and would plan to use her services again in the future.
