Introduction: I am honest with my customers. I will tell them if it's worth fixing the appliance or not. I know from first hand that money is tight and there is no need to tell my customers that their appliance can be fixed when in reality it really cannot. 9 times out of 10 I'm available the same day. I return calls right away. I can repair and maintain washers, dryers, refrigerators, ovens and stoves. I work with multiple brands, including Frigidaire, GE, KitchenAid, and Maytag. For installations, I can install appliances in locations with preexisting water/electrical hookups, however I do NOT create new water/electrical hookups. I've been in this line of work for over 20 years, and have had customers continue to come back to me for over 15 years as well. HF Appliance provided wonderful, customer service. Not only was he on time, but he called in advance to let me know he was on his way. I needed to have my refrigerator repaired, and it was done so in an efficient and professional manner. We were very pleased with the results and for now, we do not have to purchase a new refrigerator. I would definitely recommend them to my friends and neighbors. And while I hope I don’t need a repair man anytime soon, HF appliance would be the first company I call if I do. Very happy with the service.

I’d like to say more. Very nice person! Professional, knows exactly what he is doing and more! Fixed our ailing refrigerator in no time and explained what was wrong in layman’s terms. Definitely recommend, and would call him in a heartbeat with any appliance problems. Reasonable cost, too!

I always try to get back to customers as quickly as I am able. I always let customers know if I have the necessary parts in stock, and if not I let them know how fast I can have their parts ordered.
