I needed to schedule a Physical Therapist quickly, the doctor took me on short notice. Awesome, they were able to do an appointment on Saturday because my only other day was booked up. First appointment I felt welcomed which helped me relax. Doctor noticed another problem which I didn't know I had and fixed that also. I already gave the name to someone I know also experiencing some problem. Thank you so much Healing HandZ!!! I'm starting to see improvement already.

Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?

A. Don't look for therapists that charge you less (by taking care of your co-pay) but prolong your sufferings. Look for people who truely care for you and treat you right.

It is a trade-off between money and suffering. What you pay is what you get! So, why to suffer if you end up paying the same amount of money at the end of your treatment.

Q. If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share?

A. If you are caring, professionals, licensed, and know what you are doing. Do you have experience in dealing with ailment similar to mine. Also, do you carry my insurance?

Q. What questions should a consumer ask to hire the right service professional?

A. Are you licensed?
How long have you been in this field?
What do your patients/clients say about you?
Do you have experience treating the cases as mine?
What makes you proud of your business?
Would you yourself use your services, if you are a patient/customer?
How do you treat patient?
What is your approach in dealing with a patient and any specific ailment?
Do you consult with referring physicians?

A. Do they carry my insurance?
