Massiel IS the reason ADT got this contract for our home security, NOT JOKING. For the record, we had gone to the 'OTHER' company that has been around not quite as long but long enough & the rep LOST that for the firm.
Massiel was on time, knew exactly how to take a read on us as a family and took her time to chat, which is key...most importantly to LOOK & LISTEN.
KNOWLEDGE!! Of course she handled herself with courtesy & professionalism and punctuality... but her understanding of the technical end, operation of system, needs and overall strength in showing US how to feel safe is ABSOLUTELY ABOVE PAR.
