Edison Self-Defense for Women

Introduction: Self Defense course for women by women, regardless of age or ability. The focus will be on the most common situations women encounter, a confrontation with someone she knows. Learn how to set boundaries and defend yourself if necessary. Classes are at the Edison Martial Arts Academy located in the Jersey Strong Gym at Menlo Park Mall.
