WORDS CANNOT DESCRIBE HOW PLEASED I AM AT YOUR EXPERTISE AND THE WORK YOU DID FOR ME ON MY COMPUTER. I HAD SO MANY PROBLEMS AND THREE OTHER PEOPLE CAME OVER TO TRY TO RESOLVE THEM AND THEY DID NOTHING. EVERYTHING IS RUNNING BETTER AND FASTER. ALSO IT IS SO MUCH EASIER TO OBTAIN THE INFO I NEED. I ABSOLUTELY CAN'T BELIEVE HOW EASY YOU HAVE MADE MY LIFE. I WAS ABOUT TO GIVE UP; NOT KNOWING WHAT TO DO. I WILL DEFINITELY GET BACK TO YOU WITH ANY FUTURE PROBLEMS. Our dell PC crashed. The tech came out when he said he would. Couldn\'t fix it on site, so took the machine with him. Less than 24 hours later, had an update and our machine back the tech was very helpful in answering all of our questions. I would highly recommend their services to anyone. Great job!!

Excellent service and quick response. Helped us solve a difficult problem with our networked printers and got us back up and running within an hour or two. Very much a lifesaver after dealing with Verizon customer service for days and getting an expected response time of several days from another provider. Would highly recommend as a professional and responsive service provider for computer issues.

This was my 1st time using thumbtack and I got many responses but 1 company(pcmacnerds) stood out for many reason but mainly because they are open 7 days and are local. They dispatched a technician Jim who went above and beyond to help me get my data back and did. He returned late Sunday with my computer working again and all information like it was before. It turned out that my daughter spilled apple juice on it. Now back at work with all my important files and priceless pictures. Colleagues of mine have been impressed by his work and have turned to him for assistance. I strongly recommend pcmacnerds - they are an exceptional company.

Extremely helpful and knowledgeable mac experts Since I travel extensively I always find my self in need of computer assistance for many different reasons. I do have to say that in most cases I do find people. As long as I do not mind waiting for an appointment or driving to them that also cost a lot of money. Well no more of that, now all I have to do is call pcmacnerds my saviors. Wherever I am they will connect to my mac and help me with any issue that I have. Best of all I can understand all that they do.

    we do not feel that there is any complication in pricing, but because every situation is different most pricing structures do not apply.

    One of the most common jobs that we encounter is computer maintenance. It is truly amazing how such simple steps are often overlooked, that not only bring new life to any computer but also avoids very high bills.

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

    speak with your tech and ask many questions about the experience and ask them to provide you with referrals. You also want to make sure they are licensed and certified and able to give you a full warranty on all the work that is performed, and not just on parts that they provide. Note all computers including parts come with the manufactures one ( 1 ) year warranty.
