David was very professional and great guy. He came the next day to quote the job, we agreed on a price and the follow day, he was there with his crew. Super professional and completed the full roof repair. He took pics of before and after to show me the work. He did a great job and he gave me ten years warranty which was fantastic. I would recommend David and his crew to anyone.

David was a pleasure to work with. Came the next day(Saturday) and gave me a free estimate and did much investigating to figure out where water was entering my house. We set up an appointment for a dry day ,which was Monday Dec 3rd and he came with his co worker first thing in the morning and worked until the cement work was done--no breaks--straight work!!!! Afterwords cleaned up very neatly inside and out I would highly recommend WiseBuild to anyone that needs a job well done at a fair price

Called them for an emergency roof leak on a rainy day. I was told that someone will be over in 30 min to take a look and stop the leak. Technician shows up i show him where the leak is in my bedroom. He went on the roof found the leak, put a tarp on, and came back down gave me a quote for repairs. They came back the next day once the rain subsided repaired my roof and took their tarp back. Wow just wow! Never dealt with a more hassle free, straight forward company like this before. I mean the whole process was very fast and efficient these guys know what they are doing. Thank you so much.

Our business with Wisebuild construction has now concluded, and we could not be happier with the results. The site supervisor Frank, was a down to earth person who was patient with us in regard to answering questions and had a keen understanding of roofing materials, techniques, and the specifics about what we could expect from his company. After looking at the paint colors on our freshly painted house, Frank recommended a darker roof to compliment the house. While skeptical at first, Frank's recommendation proved to be right. On the day of completion, neighbors walked by and complimented us on our choice of colors saying that the roof complimented the house and the house complimented the roof. We agreed, and are glad we listened to Frank's suggestion. Throughout both days of removing the old roof and installing the new one, I was up and down off the roof watching what was happening and how it was happening. The efficiency of the Wisebuild roofers was impressive. They worked like a fine tuned machine, always moving, always supporting one another when necessary, and yet demonstrating that each man in his own right was a professional roofer. When the day was over I felt in awe of their skills, their work ethic, and even the playful demeanor between members of the crew. When the roof, the skylight, the vents, the chimney, the gutters, and the cleanup were completed, we felt grateful that we had chosen Wisebuild to replace our roof. As a retired school teacher, I would give the company an A+. We feel nothing but goodwill and gratitude toward Wisebuild, Frank, and every member of that work crew. As it turned out, every claim made by Frank came to fruition. After this experience, my wife and I will never turn to any other roofing company for any level of needed support.

Can not be happier with the costumer service work done on my home by Wisebuild. Me and my wife were getting some bids for a new roof installation and new siding. Wisebuild was one of the 4 companies we got bids from. David came out and was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about his field of work. He explained everything there is to know about roofing and siding. He explained everything from the shingle he was going to use, the manufacturers background, the under-layment that was going to be used, and the ice and water shield. He even specified the the length of the nails that were going to be used and the reason behind it. We just felt extremely comfortable with David and his company. The only thing that was a bit of a concern for us was the pricing of the roof and siding. But he immediately noticed our concerns and showed empathy towards us and tried to do everything he can to bring the price down a bit. He asked us if any of us were senior citizens because they had a senior discount. But we are not seniors. Then he asked if we had anyone in the family in law enforcement or military but unfortunately none of us are, even my kids. Then he mentioned his company referral program which is if we know of anyone that needed work on they're home as well, for the same price or more then our job cost they would give us a check for 20% of the labor cost back and 5 people would mean 100% of the labor cost back to us. Then I remembered my brother needed to also do his roof. So we went ahead and hired Wisebuild only for the roof since the siding cost was more then we could afford at the time. They completed the roof in one day exactly what David had promised us. I've had bad experiences with contractors before so I took it upon my self to check all the material that he said he was going to install and everything installed was exactly what he promised he would install, David and his crew cut no corners with my roof. They covered my whole house with a tarp so nothing would get damaged from removing the shingles. They even covered one of our neighbors houses since his house is very close to ours. I have to say I've never seen a company more considerate of peoples property then Wisebuild. They cleaned up everything in the end and went around my home and the neighbors home with a roller magnet to pick up any nails left behind. Very impressive. I waited to write this review after my brother had also hired them to see if they would honor the referral program which was one of the many reasons we hired them, and what do you know a few days later David calls me and says, Robert good news i got a check for you, your brother ended up hiring us for his roof. Couple days after that we got the check in the mail. Amazing! Simply Amazing. I just wish that other contractors would be this considerate, helpful and professional like Wisebuild. Way to raise the bar guys great job thank you! The only thing i regret is that we didn't hire them for the siding.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Typically we charge clients a standard fee of $110.00 for handyman services per hour per employee agreed to be on site; however, we are currently running a promotion that allows our clients to lock in at $85.00 per hour per employee required on site no matter what the job is. Most of our clients have already locked at this rate and we continue to have successful business relationships with several of the most profitable businesses in the United States. No matter what happens, your price remains firm for a minimum of five years. In the event that the economy shifts dramatically, we inform our clients and have a discussion with them regarding any changes that may be necessary. With WiseBuild there are NO SURPRISES, and NO HASSLES. We look forward to a sincere and healthy business relationship with you.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
What to expect from us next Having signed the necessary paperwork, the Wisebuild technician will submit the signed agreement to our office and you will be entered into our system for scheduling. You will receive a phone call during the next business day from our office for the purpose of scheduling the start day for your project or, if you agreed to have a formal design made, a date for when the design should be ready, after which we will schedule to begin your project. If you do not hear from us in two business days, feel free to give us a call.
