- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is based on a number of factors including (but not limited to) the type of decorations requested, the materials and supplies needed for the decorations, the event location, the time needed to prepare the decorations, the time needed to setup the decorations, the labor needed to setup the decorations, and the time needed to clean up the decorations. A 50% non-refundable deposit/retainer is required to book your event. The deposit/retainer is applied to your balance. The final balance is due 7 days before your event. Minimum Pricing: *Balloon Garlands ONLY (no backdrop) start at $300.00 + set up & delivery *Backdrop and Balloon Packages start at $400. 00 + set up, delivery, & teardown costs depending on event details *Complete event set up starts at $1,800.00
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I would gather all pertinent details such as date, location, event time, set up time allowed, services desired, and budget if any. Having an inspirational photo is always helpful to understand the client's vision. Once all the information is gathered I would be able to provide an accurate quote. After quote is accepted by the client, the client would pay their deposit/retainer fee, review and accept my event contract. Once contract is accepted the event is officially booked.
