I took a few bootcamp classes before, but I was truly impressed after I tried Xceed. The wide variation of exercises provided a true full body workout and I felt great after I left the class. There was a good group of people and we all had great time. The instructors are awesome ans made the class fun. They also offer nutritional planning and the price is cheaper than any local bootcamps. Im definitely looking forward to coming back.
