FAQs
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
One day back in 2006, I had gone to the PCP(Primary Care Physician). He issued a round of bloodwork for me. Got it done, he called me with the results. I was 222 lbs. at the time with a cholesterol reading of 217. NOT GOOD!!!! So I decided that day to take things into my own hands by starting an exercise/nutrition regime for myself. The rest was history after that. So, as a result of my success, I wanted to pay it forward to many people who are in the same boat that I once was.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I start my clients off with a warm-up/stretching routine before getting them into their exercise routine. I help out by teaching them how to perform the exercise(s) properly so they don't risk injury. I will either time them on the exercise, or give a certain amount to do with sets. Towards the end of the session, I will have the client perform what I call a review of what I taught he or she in that session in a circuit type of format. Then, I will the client cool-down with a light stretch or so. I also teach my clients on proper nutrition. What to eat, what not to eat. What important things to look for when it comes to nutrition, etc...
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
If they choose me, I will provide them with alot of great workouts, regimes to stay in shape, and great advice to keep for the long haul.
