Tom and his team installed a Daikin ac/heatpump in our home. The house is an older ranch that had no ductwork, plaster ceilings, and no easy access to the attic. We also have a “backroom” addition that presented several challenges. In short, this was not an easy job. Tom and his team took it step by step and made the right moves to get the job done. It was a tough job but they all worked like it was no problem at all and took the time to answer all my questions. 6 months later, we are very happy with the system and the work. Our house is no longer a different temperature in each room. The backroom is now usable all through winter when it used to be much too cold. I’m looking forward to not having window A/Cs running all summer! Thanks Tom and team!

They replaced the water heater in our house .Tom was very responsive & transparent.They are a family owned business ,one of the reasons I choose them . Tech arrived on time and took his time to install the water heater to perfection. They cleaned up after them and left the place clean . I will recommend them to any one looking to get projects done.

Working with Tom and his sons reminds me what customer service really looks like because in today’s age you rarely see it. Tom was extremely responsive, patient, and worked with me to resolve my whole home humidifier installation project. On top of that - he’s transparent. This is long, but important. I don't do reviews often, but I want to give kudos where it's deserved. I am so impressed by this company. At a time when the service industry has seemingly gone haywire, my experience with Manfredi Heating and Air Conditioning has been top notch. I feel that they went above and beyond. I realized my A/C was not working at 7p in the evening 2 days ago. I reached out through the Thumbtack app to 3 listed professionals about an hour later. Manfredi responded in less than 5 min and let me know they could be there the next morning and gave me a time range. I gave my address, but I have heard this before so I wasn't confident this was going to happen. What I have come to realize is that this is a family business and they are serious about their business. Anthony showed up on time. He was pleasant, polite and professional. He was able to diagnose the issue, order the necessary part, and would be back the next day (today) to fix it. We also told him about a heating issue from months ago that we needed fixed, but someone who was supposed to have done it has gone ghost. Anthony diagnosed that as well. Today, two different people show up: Matthew and Thomas. (They are all brothers. ) They were just as polite and professional. They put in the new part and realized something else is not working. Now this is important, because this shows you how honest this company is. They realized that my unit should have a 10 year warranty and they did not want to charge me for all the parts or even labor if I am under warranty with another company. So, they asked when I had it done. I found the receipt and it was under warranty time. They reached out to the company that installed it for us 7 years ago and reached out to the manufacturer. So now we wait to get confirmation from the manufacturer. I will probably have the original company fix the remainder of the A/C since it is under warranty. But I am going to have Manfredi work on the heating issue. While this is a long review, I wanted to be clear that my experience was pleasant, refreshing, and easygoing. Manfredi Heating and Air Condition has professional, polite, honest workers looking out for the customers. I for one appreciate that and I am looking forward to working with them again. And I have already told some people about my experience.
