    I have been working with DC Jano Design for a couple of years now. David has been a huge asset to my business and for my clients. Q. Describe the most common types of jobs you do for your clients.

A. Most common jobs lately are requests for logo designs, brochure layouts, catalogs, presentations, packaging, sell sheets, e-blasts and stationary layouts. We also get many website designs as well as e-commerce jobs.

Q. What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?

A. Many of my customers ask me how long a requested project will take and the cost. This can vary on each project. I always ask for as much information as they can provide me so I can give a more accurate time frame on a project. The more details I receive on a request helps me to determine the time and cost. This way there is no hidden surprises and my quote is usually right on the money. I have been a client myself and would not like to feel cheated, so I do my best to make my customers aware of all times and costs.
