What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our basic package includes onsite visit as well as the following: - Price is $45 ~ $65 per square foot. -Portal access for each specific project. Includes analytics such as visits and unique visitors. - Ability to share to all the major social media sites. This helps clients see the home anytime of the day. - Floor plan for use with accurate measurements. Our premium package includes all the above with the addition of external drone footage (Pictures & Video). Price for premium is $75 per square foot.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
30 minute conference call to determine the scope of work. Onsite visit to perform a walk-though in order to ensure all areas are highlighted. Onsite video capture. Most captures can be completed onsite in 15 mins.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The use of this system has been instrumental in documenting several of our projects. Drone training has been provided by Drone Academy. Member in good standing of NJ Drone Group.
