Keith is very diligent with his work. He makes sure the job is done correctly and efficently. He always says that if i am not satisfied, he will come back and do it again. He is honest and upfront. Thats why i will continue to use him for all my pest problems

Been a customer since 2005. Keith is always prompt and very thorough in his inspections. We had a big termite problem in our home and Keith took great care to make sure these pests don't come back. Keith has also helped us get rid of camel crickets, too. Living in the woods of Medford, we are very familiar with all the lovely little critters that also call the woods their home. Keith makes sure our home is protected from them all. We will continue to do business with him for as long as can. Dependable, honest, and great service coupled with an affordable price. Thanks!!!!!

I highly recommend the services of Keith Hilley. I appreciated his promptness when returning my calls and texts. He arrived on time for both the inspection and again for the treatment. My being new to dealing with household pest management caused me to have many questions. I soon found out that Keith is very knowledgeable and very willing to take the time to thoroughly answer any and all of my questions. I found him to be very interested in doing a good job and proud of his work. His service fee was not only reasonable, he went above and beyond what services we contracted for by clearing debris out from under my porch and treating an additional shed, not connected to the house, in the rear of my backyard, which I really appreciated. He is very personable, honest and a pleasure to work with. I would definitely recommend Keith's services without reservation to any friends/neighbors who may need them. A big thumbs up!!!

Bugs 007 was great ! They arrived exactly when they said they would, gave me a great quote and were ready to do the work right then and there. They were very informative and knowledgeable, professional and friendly! They took care of my carpenter bees and even suggested a monthly treatment for a very reasonable price. They told me if my bees came back just give them a call and they would come back out. I am very happy with this company.
