I'm not the in and out inspector who does a 4 bed home in 30 minutes. I'm there for the buyer!! Meeting new and interesting people, and providing them with the best service possible.

Home innovations did my home inspection found many serious issues that were taken care prior to closing and we were able to negotiate a lower asking price to fix those items one of them a new septic system and upgraded electrical service thank you for a job well done

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    Home inspection training from Inspection 21 Home Inspection Institute NJ. I received 140 hours of class room training and 40 hour of field training. With over 10 years of construction experience.

  • How did you get started doing this type of work?

    When I was buying my first home I was introduced to the home inspection process. Working in construction I all ready had many years experience and knowledge of residential and comercial properties. Becoming a home inspector was a good fit for me.

  • What types of customers have you worked with?

    I have worked with many different types of clients, from first time buyers to professional flippers.
