This program has been designed for students who are interested in CAD (Computer Aided Design) for architecture, and who are looking to increase their design and drafting skills in this field. The course offers hands-on training using three main Autodesk applications: AutoCAD, Revit Architecture, and 3d Studio Max.
Students will gain experience with the applications, as well as the way they are used in the architecture field. Along with the CAD software, students will learn the basic computer skills that are necessary for using CAD.
During the program, students will learn how to use architectural CAD functions and create BIM (Building Information Modeling) elements that are used in the industry. This class will make individuals more marketable, and help displaced workers re-enter the workforce.
Since Robotech is an authorized Autodesk training center, upon completion of the ten-week program, students will receive official Autodesk certificates of completion for the offered applications.
