My practice is dedicated to embracing my commitment to fitness as a lifestyle. My unique approach to personal training is a culmination of boxing, plyometrics (fast dynamic movements), and traditional weight training. If I had to highlight one specific feature of my training, it would be my ability to help clients lose body fat.
