Vincent is licensed, professional and reliable, he won't promise dates, unless he's sure he can do the work that day. He has standard and reasonable rates for most electrical work. When he was inspecting, he noticed the ground wire on the heater was loose - he spent a few minutes tightening it (for free) without me asking. This demonstrates that he's willing to go above and beyond to exceed expectations. Lastly, he accepts payment online through credit card, which is also very convenient. I will use him again.

I actually did not get any work done with Vincent. I called him and described the problem. Before coming out, he guided me to call PSEG to rule out the problem with outside wiring. He could have come out and charged me to take a look but didnt which was very professional. Turned out the problem was in fact on the outside and fixed by PSEG so very much appreciate Vincent guiding me in the right direction.
