What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Generally my rate for shooting is $150/hour. That includes retouched selects with unlimited usage rights, a private gallery for viewing and downloading. Travel charges may apply. My printing rates vary. I consider myself a master printer. Pictures from your phone or camera will be processed, sized, and color balanced individually. I do not batch process. From standard 4x6 prints, up to 17x22 enlargements.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always make them feel at home and comfortable. I try to keep the conversation moving with some leading questions. The more I know about you, the better the images will be.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a BFA in photography and a minor in art history. I've exhibited in galleries across the country, including a solo show in NYC.
