Ariel has an empathetic presence, and always makes me feel at ease during our sessions, even if the topics are initially difficult to discuss. I’ve found her advice to be very actionable, particularly when it comes to navigating workplace dynamics. Highly recommend!

Ariel has an incredible way of seeing what's happening in complicated workplace relationships. I went into the session with a lot of confusion about something that happened at work, and Ariel was able to help me see what was likely happening. She also pointed out siloed communication patterns that I had not noticed previously. I learnt a lot from my session with Ariel, and am excited to learn more from her in the future. Highly recommend!
I should also mention that she is a great listener, and has very high empathy. She was able to listen to me rant in a non-judgemental way, and provided feedback that I was able to learn from :)
