Q. If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share?

A. Personal Injury and Workers Compensation Law is complicated. Some people thing they do not have a case when in fact they do. Some thing they do when they don't. An experienced attorney can tell the difference. Also, some types of cases have short deadlines in which to file a Notice of Claim. People don't realize that they can lose their rights after 90 days.
