- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My tuning is flat fee and will include minor repair. Additional costs could come up if extensive repair work is necessary.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I do my best to reach out to customers as quickly as possible. I pride myself on being friendly and knowledgeable and make the customer feel comfortable right away.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Music has been my passion forever. I started playing piano as a child, and never stopped. I graduated from college with a B.A in Music. I trained/apprenticed with a professional tuner after college to learn the trade.
