I highly recommend Feather in Cap for your staging needs! I reached out to Rui on December 17th, one week before the Christmas Holiday and certainly a busy time for most. Not only was he quick to replay, but he also gave me the lowest bid out of three other bids. He immediately put me at ease about the process and assured me that he could handle everything, since I live in Florida and was not available to assist in anyway. Once I agreed, he immediately started working on getting me scheduled, took care of all the necessary paperwork, contacted the management/front desk for approval and scheduled a date and time for the elevator use. My staging was completed flawlessly on December 22nd and the finished product is absolutely amazing! My small studio apartment now has a dining area, sofa/ TV area, as well as a sleeping area with a Queen bed, desk and chair.I no longer have complaints that my studio is too small, and I already have a few interested buyers. Don’t hesitate, Feather in Cap is fantastic! ~Julie
