Q. Describe the most common types of jobs you do for your clients.

A. Moving services for residential and commercial accounts. This is a full service moving, packing and storage company.

Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?

A. Ask for atleast three(3) referrences from the mover, and make sure it is current. Not three(3) or six(6)months ago. Remember the law allowed us to revised our tariff twice a year.

Q. If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share?

A. Be honest and affront. Make everything cleared and understood,before the job commenced.

Q. What important information should buyers have thought through before seeking you out?

A. When we received a request for our service. Couple of things we do. First, we asked a customer to set up appointment to have us come to their residences or offices to visually inspect the items to be moved. Secondly, after visual inspections, we let customer know the weight of their shipment, the materials needed and itemized charges. This is very important to be explicit, because when we communicates well and make vivid and clarity on our estimates. We avoided issues at the ends.

Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?

A. We stand out because of unparalell attention and care we give to every job we undertake. Whether its one piece or entire house or office. We believe our customers expect the same.

A. Customers remarks how wonderful and satisfaction they displayed,When job is complete.

A. Are all crews in this company like us?.

We trained every man and woman in this company to always be pleasant and make our customers comfortable to ease up stress and pressure which they are going through during this transitional period. Q. Do you have a favorite story from your work?

A. Not at this time; But in due course.

Q. What do you wish customers knew about you or your profession?

A. I wish customers would make effort to understand Movers are not all the same. Give us a try they will never regret it.

Q. How did you decide to get in your line of work?

A. I decided to get into this line of business because of the demand i discovered. I had a small van that i was using for home delivery service.
I had a contract with one of Sears Roebuck store locally, helping them with a small items deliveries. During this activities, i come across these demand requests from people to help them moved some items.
I made some inquiries on how to go about starting up the business. That was how i come to learned about the requirements by the state, in terms of licensing, equipments, and regulations.

Q. Tell us about a recent job you did that you are particularly proud of.

A. I had a customers last weekend, Who was particularly concerned about one piece of sofa that took the mover she hired previously two hours to get it in. They could not bring it through the front door. They had to make her husband took the side window off, in order to get it in.

We managed to get it in less than ten minutes through the same door that mover said was impossible to get it through. Because of this she called the office and informed us that she added few dollars on top of our bill and gave our men handsomely cash gift.

Q. Do you do any sort of continuing education to stay up on the latest developments in your field?

A. I am signing up for online study, and we are just keeping up with our industry trend.
