- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is based on the forms needed and how much time is required. That said new customers are discounted severally. In some cases as much as 50%!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Just provide all of your tax forms and I'll take care of the rest. Our meeting would be like an interview where you get to know me and I you. all the while I will be preparing your tax return right in front of you. When finished, I will go over your return with you line by line. I will also provide an comparison to your previous year when you continue as my client.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been doing tax returns since I was a teenager. I majored in accounting in college and have a Master's degree from University of Virginia in management. I take approximately eighteen hours of continued education each year. I also have great software I use when preparing your return.
